The problem is structural: smallholders never see real demand, so identical crops hit the market at once and prices collapse. That single missing signal is what the platform restores.
Our engine forecasts demand, retrieves the proven crop mix of the most similar villages, and allocates planting to the demand cap — so every harvest is matched to a paying buyer before a seed goes in the ground. Problem in, platform between, outcome out.
